Immigrate through Express Entry System

Express Entry is a application process for skilled immigrants who want to settle in Canada permanently through certain economic immigration programs.

  • It is used to manage applications for skilled and qualified workers.

  • It is designed to facilitate the immigration of skilled workers to Canada who are most likely to succeed economically.

  • The processing times is approximately 6 months for most applications.

There are 4 basic steps

  2. Get your documents ready

  3. Submit your profile

  4. Receive an invitation and apply for permanent residence

The following federal economic immigration programs fall under the Express Entry System

  • Federal Skilled Worker Class (previously known as – The Federal Skilled Worker Program)

  • Federal Skilled Trades Class (previously known as The Federal Skilled Trades Program)

  • Canadian Experience Class

  • Provincial Nominee Programs. Provinces and territories can recruit candidates from the Express Entry Pool through their Provincial Nominee Programs to meet their local labor market needs.
